Our family stayed here for a week (13 people: 6 adults, 4 teens/young adults, 3 young children). There was PLENTY of room for everyone, and we never felt crowded. The photos online are beautiful, but the house in person is so much bigger and nicer than it seems online! The layout and setup were perfect. We loved the simple, easy walk to the beach and coming back to our own pool in the afternoon. The grill was a nice bonus, as well as an entire garage (with extra refrigerator). AWESOME!!

This house was amazing. It was just as described but better. The pool area was fantastic and the alarms on the doors gave us peace of mind. We still did not let the children out of our site, of course, but the alarms were a great plus. Joe and the other guys are phenomenal to work with also. We will def be back!!!

A great time was had by everyone. We had 14 people staying at the house and we never felt like we were on top of one another. It's one of the only houses that has a great view (not obstructed by homes) of the ocean from the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was a nice size and we loved the size of the stove. The pool in back yard was a perfect. The ocean is right across the street and has easy access to the beach. The steps leading up to the second and 3rd floor are steep so be careful.

A wonderful time was had by everyone. No complaints about anything. Perfect size house and everything we needed to accommodate 14 people. The pool was amazing as was the view of the beach from the bedrooms. Such and easy walk to the beach. It was perfect.
